As soon as your order has been packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order.
Order within norway
We will deliver your purchase within 1-4 business days. The standard delivery shipping cost is 79 NOK. Standard delivery is free for orders over 1499 NOK. During high seasons and sales, delivery might take a little longer.
Order from overseas
The standard delivery shipping cost is 15 EUR/USD, with free shipping on orders valued above 299 EUR/USD. There will be no additional import taxes on your order, only the corresponding delivery cost.

When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your purchase (weekends not included). However, during periods of high demand (i.e. sale periods) it might take a little longer.

When can I expect delivery?
Under typical conditions, we strive to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placement. Delivery is then expected to take an additional 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
However, during peak periods, such as sales events, both shipping and delivery times may exceed standard estimates.
Where can I find my tracking information?
If your order has left our warehouse, you should have received a tracking notification from the shipping company you chose. If you have yet to receive a notification about shipping, the order is probably in the queue to be packed at our warehouse, and the tracking information should be provided by the shipping-company shortly.
How do I get free shipping?
Norway:
Orders with a value above 1499NOK will be sent with free shipping. The cost for shipping orders in Norway is 79 NOK.
DHL Express: 150 NOK
Other countries:
Orders with a value above 299 EUR/USD/GBP will be sent with free shipping. The shipping cost is 15 EUR/USD.
Where does Scandinavian Explorer ship from?
All Scandinavian Explorer orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway. Note that since we ship our orders with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) there are no extra costs for international orders other than the set shipping cost.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
No. All orders from Scandinavian Explorer are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax after you've placed your order.
Which countries do you deliver to?
For now we deliver to all European countries (except Russia) and also the US. This is something we are continuously working on, so hopefully soon we will also ship to more regions. International orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide and should arrive in 2-3 business days after departure from our warehouse.
My order is stuck in customs.
If your order have been in customs for a few days, it is likely that DHL need some information from you, and they will most likely contact you to retrieve the information about you and the content of your order.
