Sometimes it just doesn't fit, which is okay. Here is what you do if you want to return your product.
Please ensure the product is in its original condition with all labels intact.
Fill out the return form included in your package, ensuring you include the order number, item number, and size. You’ll find the item number on the product's label or hang tag.
Place the item and completed return form in the original shipping bag or box, and seal it. If you can’t use the original packaging, please use another suitable bag or box to protect the item during shipping.
Scan the QR code attached to the return form included in you package or to get your return label. If you didn't receive a form contact us on: kundeservice@scandinavianexplorer.no.
Drop Off the Package: Take your package to your local post office, and request a return receipt with a tracking number.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
The return fee of 79 NOK will be deducted from your refund.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases.
Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for shipping and customs costs on returns outside of Norway.
As long as an item remains in its original condition, including packaging and tags, it can be returned. Hygiene and customer safety are important to us, so certain items cannot be returned; this includes underwear.
Send an e-mail to kundeservice@scandinavianexplorer.no and we will help you manage your return.
We will refund your money as soon as your return is received and processed. You will then receive an email confirming the refund.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, you can return the item you received and place a new order.
If you return an item within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the item’s full value through the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returns, as well as any customs duties and fees, are non-refundable.
